The following regulations shall apply to all persons using and/or coming onto the Richland Township Park premises at 6996 N. 32nd street in Richland Township:
A. Stoves, Grills, and picnic tables may not be used or held for a longer time than necessary to permit their use by a maximum number of people.
B. Any fires for cooking must be made within the stoves or grills provided for the purpose or within other privately owned grills that are designed to retain the ashes and prevent their deposit on the ground. Fires must be extinguished after use. No fire shall be built directly upon the ground.
C. No person shall dispose of trash or debris anywhere on the Park premises except within containers provided for that purpose.
D. No person shall damage or destroy Richland Township Park property.
E. Dogs or other animals must be on a leash of no more than 6' and in the control of an adult at all times. No person in control of any dog shall permit that dog's feces to remain on the ground in the park. Feces shall be disposed of in a sanitary manner.
F. The use of profane or obscene language within the park premises is prohibited.
G. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the park premises. No person shall be on the park premises while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or a controlled substance.
H. No glass containers shall be used upon the park premises.
I. There shall be no smoking on the park premises.
J. Overnight camping within the park premises is prohibited.
K. Motor vehicles shall be parked only within designated parking areas.
L. Washing, polishing, or repairing a motor vehicle within the park is prohibited without specific permission from the Richland Township Board or the Richland Township Parks Director.
M. No unauthorized person shall be in any portion of the park from sunset to sunrise.
Any person using the Richland Township parks shall assume the risk of any injury, damage, or loss suffered or incurred while within such park and the Township of Richland shall have no liability as a result of any such injury, damage, or loss.
